By participating in our loyalty scheme (the Scheme), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully to understand how the Scheme works and your rights as a participant. These terms apply to all customers who join our Scheme via our app or website. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not participate in the Scheme.
The Scheme allows eligible customers to add up to four (4) friends or amily members to their ‘VIP List’ and enjoy a 40% discount on unlimited cards for those in their ‘VIP List’. Discounts will be automatically applied at checkout based on customer and receipt details but will not be applied to postage costs. The Scheme is available to customers who have made a purchase within the last twelve (12) months.
Customers who have made a purchase within the last 12 months are eligible to join the Scheme.
Invitations to join the Scheme will be sent via email and will be available through promotional banners on our homepage and post-purchase order confirmation page.
To join, eligible customers must click on the invitation, access and accept these Terms and Conditions.
Customers who are not yet eligible will be able to see Funky VIP information banners explaining how to become eligible once they make a qualifying purchase
Once you accept these Terms and Conditions, you will be able to add up to four friends or family members to your ‘VIP List’. You can begin by adding just one person.
The 40% discount will be applied automatically at checkout when an eligible Scheme member sends the card to a contact within their VIP List. Postage costs will not be discounted.
The VIP List will work on a yearly basis for tracking and feedback purposes. However, you can switch contacts in your VIP List up to two (2) times during any twelve (12) month period. We will monitor for abuse of the system, and participation in the Scheme may be revoked if abuse is detected.
Customers may add BTM (Back-to-Me) contact as one of their ‘VIP List’ members.
The discount cannot be applied to gifts or postage and cannot be combined with other card discounts. Only the best available discount will be applied at checkout.
There are no geographical restrictions on the location of either the customer or their ‘VIP List’ members.
The Scheme is open to customers who have made one or more purchases within the last twelve (12) months.
Eligible customers will receive an invitation via email and will see ‘Join Funky VIP’ banners on the homepage promoting the Scheme. By clicking on the invitation, customers will be directed to a landing page with more information about the Scheme.
If you are not yet eligible, Funky VIP information banners will explain how to become eligible, including making a qualifying purchase. Upon making a purchase, you will be invited to join via the order confirmation page.
Joining the Scheme is free and does not incur any charges, though this may be subject to change in the future.
After accepting the Terms and Conditions, you will be able to access your VIP List Dashboard, where you can add contacts.
You can either add existing contacts into your VIP List or manually add a new contact by providing their name and address.
A reminder will be required for each contact added to your ‘VIP List’, to enable us to remind you of upcoming events.
You may add up to four (4) contacts to your ‘VIP List’, but you can start by adding just one.
The 40% discount is valid for unlimited cards sent to your VIP List and will be automatically applied at checkout based on the customer and receipt details.
The 40% discount is not applicable to the postage cost of the card.
The discount cannot be applied to gift purchases, nor can it be combined with other card promotions or card discounts. Only the best available discount will be applied at checkout.
We reserve the right to monitor the Scheme for any misuse or abuse. If we detect any violation of these Terms and Conditions, such as fraudulent use or unfair manipulation of the system, we may remove you from the Scheme and revoke any discounts.
We will ensure that any changes or removals of contacts within your ‘circle’ are done in good faith, and any suspicious activity will be investigated.
You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the contact details you provide for each ‘VIP List’ member. If any information is incorrect, it may prevent the discount from being applied.
We reserve the right to change or discontinue the Scheme at any time, including these Terms and Conditions. Any changes will be communicated via the app, email, or website.
If any part of these Terms and Conditions is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
We are not responsible for any technical issues, errors, or failures in the operation of the Scheme, such as problems with the app, website, or discount application.
We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your participation in the Scheme, except where such loss or damage arises from our negligence or breach of these Terms and Conditions.
Your participation in the Scheme may require us to collect personal data. We will handle your data in accordance with our privacy policy, which can be accessed on our website.
We reserve the right to remove you from the Scheme at any time if we suspect misuse or violation of these Terms and Conditions.

We reserve the right to revoke membership if you do not make a purchase during any continuous 18-month period.
