How does it work?

Choose up to four of your closest friends, family, colleagues or loved ones and add them as your Funky VIPs to receive 40% off all cards you send them. You can also add your own address, so you can send cards back to yourself, to sign and deliver to your loved ones. There's no cost, no catch; it's completely free! There's no limit to how many times you can redeem this; you'll automatically get 40% off any time you send a card to one of your Funky VIPs. Please note that the discount will not apply to postage.

Things to Remember

Your 40% applies to all cards sent to your Funky VIPs. There's no limit to the number of times you can use your 40% discount; we'll automatically apply it every time you send a card to a Funky VIP. So, you can save time and time again!

If one of your Funky VIPs changes their name or address, don't worry - you can update any contacts through your address book in the My Account area.

How do I sign up?

If you have made a purchase with us within the last 12 months, you're already eligible to join - you simply need to add one of your contacts into your Funky VIP list and accept the T&C's. If you haven't made a purchase with us before, you'll be eligible to join right after your first purchase. You can learn more or sign up.

How do I remove or change one of my Funky VIPs?

You can manage your Funky VIPs using their Funky VIP Profiles, which you can find in your Funky VIP Dashboard. Here you'll find an option to remove them from your Funky VIP list if needed, but we'll keep them in your saved addresses in case you want to add them back later.

How do I add another address to my Funky VIPs?

Adding Funky VIPs is quick, easy and free. You can add a new address or choose from any of your existing addresses through your Funky VIP Dashboard. You can also do this by choosing to add a new contact when you are buying a card. You can have up to four Funky VIPs total, and you'll get 40% off any cards you send to these addresses.

Does it cost anything to sign up to Funky VIPs?

Signing up to Funky VIPs is completely free, to be eligible to join you just need to have made a purchase within 12 months. Once you join there's no catch, no subscription fee and you can start saving on cards for your loved ones right away.

What products can I use the 40% discount on?

The 40% Funky VIP discount applies to all our cards and all card sizes. However, the 40% discount does not apply to the postage cost of the card.

Can I use the 40% discount in conjunction with other offers and promotions?

If you are using the Funky VIP discount on a card, you cannot combine this with any other card discount. However, you can use your Funky VIP discount in conjunction with applicable gift discounts.

How will the discount apply at checkout?

Once you have designed your card and assigned a Funky VIP contact to the card, the discount will be automatically applied at checkout.

How many times can I use the 40% discount for one of my Funky VIPs?

Once a contact is in your Funky VIP list, you can use the 40% discount on cards for them as many times as you'd like! Which means you can celebrate your loved ones even more and save every time you do so.

Can I use my Funky VIP discount for cards I sent internationally?

Yes, there are no geographical restrictions on where you send your Funky VIP cards.

Can I use my Funky VIP discount at the same time as ordering cards/gifts for a non-VIP?

Yes, you can order a card for a non-Funky VIP at the same time as ordering for one of your Funky VIP contacts, however the discount will only be applied to Funky VIP contacts.

Can I send more than one card to one of my Funky VIPs in the same order?

You can send as many cards as you like to a Funky VIP in the same order, simply assign the Funky VIP contact to each item you want them to receive.

When do I become a Funky VIP?

You are part of Funky VIPs as soon as you add your first contact to your Funky VIP list and accept the T&Cs. To continue to be eligible for Funky VIPs, you need to have made a purchase within a continuous 18-month period.
